Individual guests are bookings with up to 5 hotel rooms per night. Bookings of more than 5 hotel rooms are considered group bookings and are subject to the cancellation conditions for seminars.
The rebooking or cancellation for an individual guest is free up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations will be confirmed in writing by the hotel. Cancellations at short notice or no-shows will be charged at 100%.

The Booker shall be liable to the Hotel for damage to the furnishings or inventory and for losses caused by him or his guests. The hotel declines all responsibility for theft and damage to objects, clothing and materials brought along. The hotel accepts no liability for valuables deposited in the minisafe. Larger amounts of cash can be deposited in the safe at the reception against receipt..

The price for a guaranteed early check in a reserved room is 100 % of the room price. If available, the Early Check in from 10 a.m. or the Late Check out until 6 p.m. can be booked at short notice at the following surcharge:
The price for a day room excluding breakfast (9.00 to 18.00) is 100 % of the room price minus CHF 50. Showering and moving for a maximum duration of 1 hour is possible at the price of CHF 40 per room. Both options can be booked at short notice subject to availability.
The room reservation is final only with the indication of the postal address of the booker or a valid credit card. The credit card will only be charged with any extras on the day of departure.
If you have opted for the "non-refundable rate", your credit card will be charged at the time of booking and the amount charged will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
The prices are per guest and night including a hearty breakfast from the buffet until 12 noon and admission to the Cocon Thai Spa. The price includes VAT, taxes, outdoor parking and internet access. Prices are subject to change.
The hotel charges in Swiss francs (CHF). Invoices are only sent within Switzerland and must be paid within 15 days of the invoice date. No discounts or rebates are granted.
The surrounding parking spaces are available to hotel guests free of charge. It is not possible to reserve parking spaces. Parking cards for the entire duration of the stay can be obtained at the reception. Parking spaces in the parking garage can be reserved at CHF 15 per night.
All hotel rooms and public areas are smoke-free. Smokers can use a smoking lounge next to the hotel lobby.
9. Pets
The surcharge for pets is CHF 20 per pet and per night.
Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Meisterschwanden.
