Lake Hallwil lakeside path
It doesn't have to be the whole lakeside trail at once. Wonderful and partly untouched nature awaits all ambitious hikers on the approx. 5-hour circuit. Impressive cultural treasures await you at the northern end of the lake, including a prehistoric site with a reconstructed lake dwelling. Start directly from the hotel.

Hallwyl Castle
The circular walk starts at Hallwyl Castle and leads along the Aabach to Seon. At Sigismüli, cross the stream and keep right towards Egliswil. Through Egliswil, follow the marked hiking trail to Eichberg. From the Eichberg you can enjoy a fantastic view over the entire Seetal valley to Mount Pilatus and the Alpine chain. You then walk along the edge of the forest and march through Seengen back to Hallwyl Castle. The round hike takes approx. 4 hours.
